Becky Bailey Clinic Manager, PT, DPT
Becky obtained her Bachelor of Science degree and Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan in 1992 and 1994 respectively. She completed her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in April 2007. Becky has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting since 1994 with an emphasis on manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation. She and her husband both enjoy a variety of outdoor activities in northern Michigan.

Toyo Ebato, Physical Therapist
Toyo became a licensed physical therapist in 2002. He graduated from Idaho State University with a Master degree in Physical Therapy. He is also a certified athletic trainer and received his BS in athletic training from Minnesota State University, Mandato. Toyo is a native of Tokyo, Japan and came to the United States in 1995. Before his arrival, Toyo worked for a sporting goods company for 10 years. As such, he is interested in exchanging cultural ideas with people, enjoying the outdoor sports in northern Michigan, and promoting the evidence-based rehabilitation for the community. Toyo loves to travel around the country and learn still another foreign language. |

Monica Wendt, Physical Therapist
Monica received her Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from UW-Madison, in 1997. Monica moved to the Cheboygan area about 4 years ago. She and her husband started a small farm, on which they raise poultry, Appaloosa horses and Icelandic sheep. Monica enjoys spending time with the animals, biking, cross-country skiing, and spending time with family

Stacey Mape, Occupational Therapist
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy fro Saginaw Valley State University. She is a member of American Occupational Therapy Association. Stacey holds a certification from the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association as a Registered Instructor. Stacey's extensive continued education courses include a concentration in Hand and Wrist injuries, Elbow and Shoulder injuries, along with lymphedema, pediatrics, and manual and electric wheelchair evaluation. Stacey has delivered a variety of Community Health Education Programs. These programs include Core Strengthening, and Lymphedema after Breast Cancer. Stacey also volunteers for two separate handicapped horseback riding programs for children.

Pam Smith, Physical Therapist Assistant
Pam graduated from Delta College with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1997. She and her husband moved to Indian River from Clio in 2007. They enjoy boating, snowmobiling, and long rides on their Harleys. |

Steve
Webster, Physical Therapist Assistant
Steve is a native to Northern Michigan and loves the outdoors. He received an Associate of Science from Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City and a Bachelors of Science degree from California State University, Los Angeles. He has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 1995. He finds many rewards in this business from helping people regain their quality of life. Steve enjoys our forests and waterways where you’ll find him biking, hiking, snowshoeing and kayaking.

Stacey
Ostrowski MS, Certified Athletic Trainer
Stacey
earned her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan
University in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and
her masters in Biomechanics/Kinesiology at the University
of Tennessee. Stacey worked in a Division I and
II collegiate setting in Tennessee and South Carolina
for 4 years prior to moving to Northern Michigan in
June 2002. She works in the clinic in the mornings
and then heads to Cheboygan High School as the athletic
trainer for their sports teams. Outside of work,
she enjoys camping/hiking, biking, rock climbing and
playing hockey.

Sandy
Kitchen, Physical Therapy Aide
Sandy
has practiced as a physical therapy aide since 1983.
Sandy and her husband have three grown children, two
grandsons and a lab named Hazel. She enjoys
boating, fishing, swimming, traveling and loves spending
time with family and friends but most of all playing
with her grandchildren.

Pat
Bedell, Physical Therapy Aide
Pat
joined the staff in August of 2002 with over 15 years
of experience as an aide to physical therapist and their
patients. Her rich history in the medical field
includes positions at Cheboygan Memorial Hospital as
a ward clerk, EMT and surgery technician plus 6 years
as a medical records tech for Dr. Baltzer. Pat
had three daughters and four grandchildren. She
enjoys golf, walking, good books and listening to the
oldies. |
Lydia
Taylor, Physical Therapy Aide
Lydia joined our staff in October of 2004. She grew up in Northern Michigan's and is certificated in massage therapy . She and her husband enjoy hiking, camping and many other outdoor sports.

Stephanie Robiadek, Physical Therapy Aide
Stephanie joined the staff in 2008. She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor in Movement Science with an emphasis in
corporate wellness/ fitness. Stephanie also is a nationally certified
personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has experience in developing and implementing various exercise programs for a variety of people. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating and many other outdoor activities.

Jean
Boucher, Front Desk Manager
Jean
has been in charge of the front desk since 2001.
She previously worked for Cheboygan Memorial Hospital
as an admitting clerk and switchboard operator.
Jean's interests include bowling, walking and spending
time with family and friends. Jean has three wonderful
children and two adorable grandchildren. |
Michelle Gross, Front Desk Assistant
Michelle and her husband, Jerry, moved to Cheboygan in 1996. She has 2 children, Jessica (10) and Austin (6). Michelle and her family enjoy snowmobiling, four wheeling and camping. They live on a small farm. Michelle and her family stay busy looking after Jessica's horse, Sparkle, her goat, Pearl, and Austin's bird, Sammy. Don't forget the family dog, Barney, which keeps us all in line.
