Athletic Training-
Certified
Athletic Trainers (ATCs) are unique health care providers
who specialize in the prevention, assessment, treatment and
rehabilitation of injuries and illnesses that occur to athletes
and the physically active. Our athletic trainers are
a vital part of the Inland Lakes Public Schools. They
establish conditioning and preventative programs to reduce
the incident of athletic injuries.
In
addition, they provide follow up care during the rehabilitation
process for all injuries. They
communicate with the athlete, parents, coaches, and physicians
to ensure proper care is provided for safe return to the sport.
You
will find our ATC's assisting with patient care in the
clinic as well as on the sidelines at home athletic events
through out the year.
