Northern
Michigan Sports Medicine Center (NMSMC) is where

NMSMC is an outpatient facility,
which provides physical therapy, aquatic therapy, and specializes
in athletic injury rehabilitation. In 1987, Chuck Smith, PT
and owner, started Sports Medicine Center with the commitment
to provide the highest quality care with a strong focus on
patient satisfaction. We take the time to communicate with
our patients on their care through a two-week survey and an
exit survey. This is just one way we listen and treat our
patients' concerns.
