Sports Enhancement Programs
Position Specific Camps-
We have taken sports specific training to the next level. Our camps go beyond training just to become a better athlete; to becoming better at your given position. Our goal is to combine strength and conditioning (S&C) with sports position skill and technique. Our trainers will work in conjunction with the sport coach to split time between S&C development and improvement in position fundamentals. Each camp is geared for a certain sport and any position, the camps that we currently have online for this summer are:
Football -
Lineman Camp- June 18th-29th, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Backs/Receivers Camp- July 9th-20th, Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Hockey - July 9th-27th, Mondays & Fridays 8-10am for 3 weeks on the practice field
Volleyball - July 23rd-27th,4-6 pm in the Auxiliary gym
Strongman Competition-
A one day strongman competition designed specifically for high school athletes. Various events testing the athletes overall body strength, for both individual and team divisions. The goal of this competition is to have fun and do something different from normal training.
All high school athletes are welcome as individuals or in a team.
The date is July 14th.
