What
is Body Balance for Performance?
Body
Balance for Performance is the complete golf health and fitness
training program. Golfers can gain greater accuracy and consistency
in their game by participating in this exciting program. We
believe that your body is your most important piece of golf
equipment. The program was developed by Paul Callaway, who
was the first Director of Physical Therapy on the PGA Tour,
and who has treated over 230 of the 300 top PGA Tour golfers.
While touring with the PGA, Paul Callaway developed various
physical therapy techniques to help get the body in better
balance so a golfer can better execute the golf swing.
How
much of a handicap reduction could I get in this program?
Many
golfers take an average of 4-6 strokes off their handicap
in a six month period on the program.
How
long does the program take?
The
program can last anywhere from 3-6 months.
