Balance for Performance is the complete golf health and fitness
training program. This program was developed by Paul Callaway,
the first Director of Physical Therapy on the PGA Tour, who
has worked with over 230 of the 300 top PGA touring pros.

Balance for Performance is based on the principle that your
body is your most important piece of golf equipment. If the
body is out of balance or has weaknesses or tightness in certain
areas, it can prevent you from having a perfect golf swing.

Body Balance for Performance program can help you achieve
greater accuracy and consistency, a lower handicap, more confidence,
power and distance. Many golfers who have done the program
