Training for a 5K Running Race!
Have you ever wanted to run a 5k race?
But are not sure where to start?
We would like to help. Too many people have been turned off of running simply by trying to start off too fast. You should ease into your running program gradually. We will start slow with a walk/ run schedule and discuss the importance of rest days. Rest days are as vital as training days. They give your muscles time to recover so you can run again. If you are interested in setting the goal of running the Kiwanis 5K run during Indian Rivers Summerfest on July 17th. We are here to get you there safely.
