WAVES - SPLASH YOUR WAY INTO SHAPE!

Join us for a fun hour of water aerobics in the warm waters of our therapeutic pools. Class size is limited.

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
12:30 pm $6 per class

Water aerobics is a great combination of fun and exercise. Each Session lasts 45 - 50 minutes in chest deep water. The classes are designed to increase strength, endurance, and balance.

When the body is immersed in water, the body weight lightens due to water buoyancy. This property of the water supports 80% of the body's weight. Because of this reason, people who take up water aerobics experience less strain on their joints, back and torso. The water also offers a natural resistance for a complete body workout.
