Core Conditioning Classes - A class to help increase your core strength, which allows you to do more things with less effort and in a safer manner. Our definition of "core" includes the muscles from your bottom ribs and sternum all the way down to your hip bones, on the front, back and sides of your body. If these muscles are stronger you will be able to deliver more power from your legs to your arms, (putting something up into a cupboard, or pushing a grocery cart, or carrying laundry up or down the stairs). A stronger core also assists with improving your balance. Come join the fun!
