| We
Have You in Mind
When
you're in pain, the last thing you should be worried about
is how far out of your way you'll have to go to get relief.
Fortunately, we are here in your home town, Rogers City. Our
convenient location, quick scheduling and flexible hours are
certainly great, but it's the quality of therapy we provide
and the way we care for you that will make the difference
in your recovery.
At
Rogers City Physical Therapy we are guided by our mission
to provide patient-first care. All we do, from the way we greet you when you arrive to the kindness you'll feel in your therapist's touch, is meant for one purpose: getting you well.
We've also made accessibility a priority because you shouldn't
have to wait to get the care you need. Unlike some other clinics,
we'll work around your schedule to make your appointment times
convenient. It's benefits like these that show you really
do come first with us.
Our
goal is to make a real difference for you, to treat the cause
of your pain and to become a resource for your good health,
now and long after your therapy is over.
Your
fast recovery is our goal. Our commitment to you
is that you will work with your own dedicated therapist throughout
the course of your therapy. You'll get to know your therapist,
and you'll benefit from the trust and confidence that develop
as a result of this relationship. This can help you feel comfortable
and free to concentrate on getting the most out of your sessions.

Physical
Therapy
At
Rogers City Physical Therapy we use our experience to perform
a detailed evaluation and assessment of your unique situation,
and we use specific treatment methods to relieve your pain
as fast as possible. We're known for our successful treatment
methods and friendly, customized, one-on-one care. We provide
complete pain relief and injury rehabilitation services for
all types of patients.
Occupational
Therapy
Our Occupational Therapist is dedicated to treating and developing
a program based on meaningful activities that are experienced
in daily life. These activities include eating, writing, dressing,
bathing and increasing range of motion and strength to get
you back to work and the leisure activities you enjoy. These
purposeful activities can promote health and well being in
all aspects of your daily life.

Vestibular
Balance Disorder
We understand that patients suffering from vestibular disorders
have a sensation of "the world moving or jumping as they
move", and that it is difficult to perform daily activities
like walking, climbing stairs, reading, driving and working.
Our physical therapist
has undergone extensive training to understand the workings
of the inner ear and the vestibular complex and how it works
together with the visual and sensory systems to coordinate
balance. Our approach to treating vestibular and balance dysfunction
is based on exercises to improve coordination, balance and
postural control.
Research
has shown that a program consisting of eight weeks of physical
therapy visits does improve the symptoms and balance testing
scores as compared to other patients following an independent
home program of traditional isometric exercises. We believe
this area is often overlooked or viewed as untreatable. Our
therapist is dedicated to work with you to improve your daily
lifestyle.
