lifestyles of northern Michigan.

Meet Our Staff

NMSMC is an outpatient facility, which provides physical therapy, aquatic therapy, and specializes in athletic injury rehabilitation. We take the time to communicate with our patients on their care through a two-week survey and an exit survey. This is just one way we listen and treat our patients' concerns.

We have six offices to serve northern Michigan:

• Our Petoskey office is located within the Bay Street Orthopedic building at 4048 Cedar Bluff Drive, for easy access from Charlevoix, Boyne City, Walloon Lake and Petoskey.

• Our Harbor Springs office is in the Harbor Plaza, by the Harbor Springs airport, for the convenience of our patients that live in Conway, Cross Village, Harbor Springs, Alanson, and Pellston.

• The Rogers City office, now in their new facility, covers the northeast corner of Michigan.

• The Charlevoix office is located south of town on Route 66 in the K-Mart Plaza, serving the Charlevoix, East Jordan, Boyne City, Ellsworth, Torch Lake and Bellaire.

• The Cheboygan office is located south of town on Straits Highway serving the Mackinaw City, Cheboygan and the upper peninsula.

• OurIIndian River location is right in the heart of downtown, serving, Alanson, Pellston, Wolverine, Vanderbilt, Indian River, Gaylord, and Onaway.
